Payment by paypal is our preference, particularly for overseas visitors. However, we can also accept visa or master card if you fax the details to us (+61 3 5237 9226) or you can post a cheque.

Cancellation and Alterations

We understand that sometimes circumstances prevent our plans and recommend that you take out insurance for unforeseen losses, damage or injury, including cancellation fees. Please note such insurance does not cover a change of mind.

However, in the event that you do need to cancel the following applies:

60 days or more prior to arrival date. Loss of deposit or credit to another date.
Between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival date – 50% of total booking cost. It is sometimes possible to transfer to another date.
Less than 30 days – 100% of total booking cost.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that you are fit to undertake the advertised walks. You must be fit enough to undertake the walk you select. It is your responsibility to prepare carefully for each walk and not take risks. You are responsible for your own conduct during the trip and agree to indemnify Whispering Seas Otways against any consequent liabilities you may incur.
